GLENDALE - Despite a pair of hits and two RBI from Gabriel Curtier the Marauder baseball team remained winless in conference with an 8-3 loss to Glendale College, Thursday afternoon.
AVC (6-14, 0-4) did all its damage in the top of the third inning with a three-run outburst, which included a single by Curtier that scored Michael Behen and Anthony Parisi.
Ethan Avant had the other RBI for the Marauders and Ian Nelson collected two hits for AVC. The Vaqueros scored two runs in the sixth, two in the seventh and added one more in the eighth to break the game open.
