RIDGECREST - The Marauder baseball team gave up five runs in the third inning and four runs in the eighth and Cerro Coso had an easy time with an 11-2 victory Tuesday afternoon at Cerro Coso College.
The Coyotes benefitted from four errors by the Marauders. AVC's Clayton Rabiej didn't have a poor outing giving up five runs on five hits in five innings pitched, but only two of those runs were earned. Relief pitcher Hunter Greenough didn't get much support defensively as well as he gave up five runs but only one being earned.
AVC's Arturo Sanchez was 2-for-4 at the plate while Rabiej and Timothy Dodd each had an RBI for the Marauders.
