LANCASTER - The Marauder women's volleyball team ended its losing streak with a convincing and dominant performance over Allan Hancock College, 25-10, 25-9, 25-7, Wednesday night at Marauder Gymnasium.
"It feels great to end our losing streak. We're working together and we're finally clicking. We're actually executing what the coaches are teaching us," AVC setter Taylor Williams said. "It was a huge win for us. It made us realize how much potential we have. We saw glimpses of what we're made of. If we keep pushing and stay confident and keep positive then we can go far."
Williams led the Marauders (2-6) with 19 assists and seven digs. Kaeley Avendano finished with eight kills and five aces for AVC.
