After being edged 1-0 on Friday afternoon, the Moorpark baseball team bounced back to beat El Camino 6-1 on Saturday morning to force a winner-takes-all third game.
Moorpark fell to El Camino 9-5 in that third game Saturday afternoon in the first round of the CCCAA Regional Playoffs.
The Raiders carried a 5-1 lead up until the 6th inning when El Camino had a four-run inning to tie the game at 5-5 before adding four more runs in the 8th and 9th innings.
Mason Harvey was 1-for-3 on the day with three RBIs, and catcher Micheal Teobaldi was 3-for-4 with two RBIs in Moorpark's final game of the season.
The Raiders walk away finishing 26-17 on the year anchored by a Western State Conference North Division title. The first crown since 2012.
