The 2015 Los Angeles Valley College Men's Water Polo team claimed it's second straight WSC Championship.

The Los Angeles Valley College Men's Water Polo program capped off it's second straight Western State Conference Men's Water Polo Championships recently. The Monarchs did so by holding off Citrus College in the championship game of the 2015 WSC Championships 15-14.

It was the second straight undefeated conference slate for Los Angeles Valley College, as they went 6-0 in WSC play. The previous best finish prior to last year's undefeated conference season was a number of second place finishes, most recently in 2012.

The Monarchs earned the #4 seed headed into the CCCAA Southern California Regionals. The Monarchs faced a familiar foe in the first round in #5 Citrus College. Valley cruised in the quarterfinals over the Owls 17-11. In the semi-finals LA Valley took on #1 seeded Golden West College, giving the Rustlers arguably their toughest match-up of the weekend before falling 13-11. They rounded out their 2015 campaign later in the day by winning 3rd Place with a 16-10 victory over #3 seed Cerritos College.
