The Clovis Crush Women's Soccer team finished the Ventura Nike Showcase with a resounding 3-0 win against the host Ventura College on Saturday. Mariah Caitlin contributed two assists on the day, first to Audrey Jimenez in the 24th minute and second to Elisa Soderholm in the 51st minute. Soderholm got her second goal of the day off an assist from Savannah Dungan to extend the lead to 3-0 and put the game out of reach. Kalina Goodarzi and Danielle Cedillo both registered 45 minutes of shutout soccer in goal for the Crush, whose overall record now stands at 2-2. They return home this week for two home matches, Wednesday 9/6 vs Canada College and Friday 9/8 vs LA Pierce College, both starting at 4:00pm.
