The Citrus College Men's Soccer team played their final match of the season last Friday night, November 15th at Antelope Valley College, suffering a 4-0 defeat.
The Owls wrapped up a 4-12-4 season against the Marauders, taking eight shots and one corner kick. Matt Gutierrez led Citrus with three shots (two on goal), while Xxavir Amezquita, Alexis Gutierrez, Anthony Martinez, and Richard Contreras each recorded one shot. In goal, Christian Sanchez recorded eight saves.
The Owls may have had a tough season, but with 22 freshmen on their roster they have a chance to come back in 2025 with an experienced core ready to take on new challenges.
