Valley’s Gillis and McMillan Named WSC Player and Coach of the Year
November 29, 2016Los Angeles Valley College’s James Gillis was named the Western State Conference Most Valuable Player, while Monarch Head Coach Jim McMillan was tabbed as the Coach of the Year. It’s the third straight year that the LA Valley College Men’s Water Polo program has swept the conference’s top awards. -
Valley Claims Third Straight WSC Title
November 05, 2016The Los Angeles Valley College Men’s Water Polo team claimed their third straight Western State Conference Championship recently. The Monarchs entered the 2016 WSC Water Polo Championship Tournament as the #4 seed, but exited as the conference champs for the third time in three years.
