The 2015 Western State Conference South Division post-season honors have been announced. Glendale College sophomore outfielder Nick Wolyniec and Los Angeles Mission College sophomore starting pitcher Aaron Hamilton were named the conference Player and Pitcher of the Year. Glendale Head Coach Chris Cicuto meanwhile claimed Coach of the Year honors.

Wolyniec had an outstanding offensive campaign for the conference's top team. Wolyniec batted .357 with a .434 on-base percentage. Wolyniec hit 11 doubles, one triple, and four home runs. He drove in 23 RBIs and scored 21 runs.

Hamilton appeared in 16 games for the Eagles with 12 starts. He went 7-2 with a save, tossing a pair of complete games, both shutouts. In 86.1 innings worth of work, Hamilton posted a 2.81 ERA and fanned 53 batters against just 16 walks.

Cicuto steered the Vaqueros their eighth WSC South title in program history and fourth in the last five seasons.  Cicuto and co rallied from a rough start pre-conference start to go 15-6 in WSC South play, finishing 19-17 overall. The Vaqueros clinched the conference title in the last game of the season, a 8-6 win over College of the Canyons
