Moorpark Clinches Fifth Consecutive Women's Basketball Title

Moorpark College women's basketball clinched a fifth straight Western State Conference title on after topping Oxnard College, 91-55, at home on Sophomore Night before finishing the regular season with a win on the road against Cuesta. This marks the 9th overall league title for the program with previous crowns coming in 2023, 2022, 2020, 2019, 1991, 1990, 1989, and 1988. The Raiders finished the league slate unscathed with a perfect 12-0 record against league foes. | HISTORY

MC leads four WSC North programs in the playoffs after being picked as the No. 2 seed in the Southern California Regional Tournament. Other members of the conference to join them are No. 18 Allan Hancock College, No. 22 Santa Barbara City College, and No. 24 Cuesta College. Regional play is set to begin on Wednesday, February 28th.
