Richards and Roth Bring Home Top Honors for SBCC
February 02, 2016After claiming it's second straight WSC Championship in just it's second season of competition, the Santa Barbara City College Women's Water Polo team brought home the top honors in the conference. Freshman Mackenzie Richards was named the Player of the Year while Head Coach Chuckie Roth was named the Coach of the Year for the second consecutive season. -
Santa Barbara Now Two for Two In WSC Women’s Water Polo Championships
November 24, 2015In just it’s second year of existence the Santa Barbara City College Women’s Water Polo program has set itself on a meteoric path. After winning the 2014 WSC Women’s Water Polo title in it’s inaugural campaign last season, the Vaqueros repeated this season, avenging an earlier regular season loss to LA Valley College with a 10-8 win over the Monarchs in the championship game of the 2015 WSC Championships.
