2023 WSC Women's Water Polo Bracket Announced

The 2023 Western State Conference Women's Water Polo Championship will feature all six WSC squads. Round one will take place on Wednesday, November 1st, and will be hosted by the higher seed. Teams will then move on and meet at LA Valley College for a two-day showing on November 3rd and 4th. | FULL BRACKET

Santa Barbara City College, the current No. 1-ranked program in the state, picked up the top seed with a spotless 5-0 record against league foes. The Vaqueros will have a bye in the opening round and face the winner of Wednesday's match-up between No. 4 LA Valley College and No. 5 Cuesta College on Friday at 12:30 PM.

Citrus College also received a bye after claiming the No. 2 seed with a conference mark of 3-2 and a +4 goal differential over No. 3-seeded Ventura College, who also closed the regular season with a 3-2 record in WSC play. The Owls will face the winner of the game between the No. 3 Pirates and No. 6 Santa Monica College on Friday at 1:45 PM.

Competition for a fifth place finisher is set to begin on Saturday (Nov. 4) at 10 AM, followed by the battle for third place at 12:30 PM before a champion is crowned in a game that is anticipated to start at 3 PM.
