Two Men's Soccer Program Remain Ranked, Two Receiving Votes, in Latest Top 20 Poll

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Two men's soccer programs from the Western State Conference were ranked in the fifth edition of the California Community College Sports Information Association (CCCSIA) Top 20 Poll, announced by the state office on Tuesday.

Oxnard, now the only unbeaten team in the rankings, continues to lead the league with a No. 3 ranking after tallying 137 points in the poll while receiving one first place nod. The Condors have scored 27 goals on the season while allowing nine goals and securing five shutouts.

Santa Monica moved up four spots to No. 15 after totaling 43 points in the poll. The Corsairs picked up two league wins last week, which extended their active win streak to four, while their own Jason Moreno is atop the state standings with 16 assists on the individual side.

Citrus and LA Mission both remain just outside of the rankings in the "others receiving votes" category. The Owls currently lead the WSC South in the standings with a spotless 3-0 conference record. Mission's Justin Gonzalez is currently tied with Fullerton's Misael Gonzalez as the leading scorer for the 3C2A, both registering 16 goals apiece thus far.
